Getting started
Start with one project. Build a clearer way to work.
A focused rollout helps your team find value before moving everything.
Choose a starting point
Start with Explorer for a small team, or choose a paid plan for time, costs and resource planning. We’ll confirm your workspace setup and the people who need access.
Talk to our team →Bring one real workflow
Pick a representative project: a client engagement, a software release or an internal initiative. Agree its scope, milestones, owners and working documents.
Talk to our team →Keep the work you have already done
Supported Jira and Confluence export tools can bring delivery work and documentation into TrackFlow. CSV imports cover selected people, project, allocation, milestone, issue and timesheet data. Review a sample import before moving the rest.
A direct importer for ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com or Asana is not currently offered. We can discuss export formats and a practical migration path.
Talk to our team →Connect people, time and financials
Set up project assignments and access. On the relevant plan, bring allocations, timesheets, recorded costs and revenue into the project review. Start with the data you can maintain reliably.
Talk to our team →Make the review a habit
Use the same project context to discuss progress, decisions, capacity and budget. Expand to more projects when the team is comfortable with the workflow.
Talk to our team →The next project deserves a clearer picture
Stop assembling the update.
