Necessary storage supports requested account, security and preference functions. Optional Google Analytics is off unless enabled and permitted by your browser choice. Rejecting it does not limit access.

Necessary storage

trackflow.website-consent in local storage records the consent version, analytics configuration, choice and expiry for up to 180 days. It contains no account name or email address.

trackflow_session is an HTTP-only session cookie for requested sign-in. trackflow_ms_state, trackflow_ms_nonce and trackflow_ms_code_verifier protect the Microsoft sign-in exchange and are configured to expire after ten minutes. The optional demo environment can use trackflow_demo_return to restore a requested session. Product theme and display preferences may also be stored locally. These functions are separate from marketing analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

With permission, _ga and _ga_* cookies support public website measurement. The integration configures host-only cookies with 90-day expiry, no expiry extension on each interaction, and no advertising functionality. GA4 stays unloaded before consent and while unconfigured.

Change your choice

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics. Withdrawal disables tracking, clears accessible GA cookies and reloads the page when needed. Your sign-in cookies are left intact.

A changed analytics configuration or consent version requires a new choice. If browser storage cannot save consent, optional analytics stays off for that page. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off. The 180-day choice period is our implementation policy, not a universal legal time limit.
